They are made from a latex free, semi-permeable polyurethane film membrane and an absorbent dressing

Place this side of the dressing onto the wound
Remove the second release liner and smooth the dressing onto the skin
Remove the framed top release liner smoothing the dressing as you go
Repeat with the second framed release liner
